Dr. Z. (Zynul Khan)- The Diabetes Wizard

Dr. Z (Zynul Khan) is a Sports and Exercise medicine physician who has focused his career on the treatment and prevention of non-communicable and lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity.
Using the methods learnt in Exercise medicine and his extensive training and experience working with sports teams and athletes for the last 10 years, Dr. Z has developed courses that help those struggling with diabetes, is pre-diabetic, has struggled with losing weight or wants to challenge themselves to live a healthier life.
Dr. Z helps his clients achieve their personal goals with exercise, healthy food choices and lifestyle interventions to manage stress and sleep.
