As a first-generation college graduate, Sandra González-Lamb is passionate about removing the barriers she faced in pursuing education.

She is fascinated by the cross-section where Work based Learning, IT, and education meet.

At St. Philip’s College, she works as a Career Coach helping recruit students and assist them in aligning their passions with a career focus. (Previous Grant Writer.)

As the CEO and founder of Talent Hatched, she is working on an EdTech startup within the social innovation space.
